Orders outside the US will be considered international orders. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected upon delivery. Delivery times are estimates. Unexpected delays can occur without notice. Due to this risk, we are unable to guarantee delivery by any particular date. For security reasons, Jimenez Reyes will not process any orders for which a P.O. box address has been provided.

Made to Order items are custom-made only after an order has been placed. Your item is then crafted exclusively for you. Made to Order items include Leather Handbags, Jewelry including leather, and other leather accessories.

Please note that once a Made to Order item has been successfully processed, it cannot be canceled, modified or returned for a refund or exchange. All Made to Order items are final sale. 

Pre-Sale items are products from the most recent collection that can be reserved in advance within a limited timeframe. Estimated time frames are included in product description and may take several weeks.

Open edition prints refers to Fine Art prints that are produced at no end, thus, will always be available. All Open Editions prints are signed by Robert Jimenez.
